WWII PDL German K98 Short Mauser Bayonet w/Scabbard

Description

WWII German Dress Bayonet with Scabbard. Ricasso is marked with a helmet with a sword through it and on the reverse is "P.D.L." in an oval of dots which stands for Peter D. Luneschloss. The blade has been sharpened, it does wiggle, there is a slight bend 1/4" up from the tip, and there are age spots scattered throughout. The lock button is functional. The black enameled scabbard is solid with no dings/dents but there is scattered paint loss throughout (mainly on the lower half). Leather washer is missing. Length of the blade measures 7 3/4" (15/16" wide x 3/16" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 12 5/8", and overall in the scabbard it is 13 7/8".
