WWII HK Heinrich Krieghoff Suhl German Fire Bayonet w/Scabbard + Frog

Description

WWII German Fire Bayonet with Scabbard and Frog. Ricasso is marked "HK" in a circle of dots which stands for Heinrich Krieghoff, Suhl. The blade is mostly clean (just light scabbard scratches mainly near the tip area), has not been sharpened but the tip is sharp, it is straight, tight, and has no nicks. The black enameled scabbard is solid with no dents, and scattered paint loss. Leather washer is intact. The leather frog shows light wear with tight stitching, light leather loss, and no markings. Length of the blade measures 9 1/16" (15/16" wide x 1/4" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 14 5/8", and overall in the scabbard it is 15 3/8". The frog alone is 7 7/8"
