    Description

    WWII German Mauser Short Bayonet with Scabbard. Ricasso is marked "Alcoso" over "ACS" with scales over "Solingen" and on the reverse is "Herm. Spohr" over "Hannover". The grips are solid with no chips. The crossguard and pommel have some finish wear. The blade has been sharpened, the tip is sharp, some scabbard in/out lines, and it does have a wiggle. Lock button is functional. The scabbard is solid with one small dent and has been repainted at some point. Leather washer is intact. Length of the blade measures 7 11/16" (7/8" wide x 3/16" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 12 9/16", and overall in the scabbard it is 13 13/16".
