    Description

    WWII German Mauser M1884/98 Bayonet. Ricasso is marked "8290" over "d" on one side and on the other is "43agv" which stands for 1943 Berg & Co. The wood grips show typical wear with some light scratches/nicks. All of the metal has been redone. The blade has not been sharpened, the tip is blunted, it is straight, tight, a few little nicks, and it has been recently oiled. The pommel is double Waffenamt marked but is illegible. Lock button is functional. Length of the blade measures 9 3/4" (1" wide x 3/16" thick spine) and length of the bayonet is 14 15/16".
