Fresh from San Francisco estate sale
German WW2 dagger, minus the wood grip
1938 dated - 83 years old
Blade is complete, doesn't appear to have been sharpened
Inscription & maker marks are clearly visible
Scabbard features clean nickel fittings, all 4 screws present
Pommel nut appears nickel as well, good threads
Handle fittings are zinc & flaking, sheath is repainted
Evidence of past water damage, sometime long ago
Original G.I. bring back trophy dagger, rough shape
