World War II German trench knife

Description

In this auction you will be bidding on a World War II German trench knife. This type knife has the diamond shaped cross guard. Blade is still bright but shows some type of etching on the blade. This blade has been sharpened post factory and is sharp. The wooden scales show no signs of cracking or rot and are secured by three steel pins. There is no wiggle in this knife. This is a full tang knife. The scabbard is a belt hanger type. The Scabbard retains approximately 10% of its original black finish with some dents noted. The leather is still soft and supple and the snap still holds securely. The Scabbard holds the knife securely in place.
