Royal Winton Ivory Floral Chintz Teapot with Strawberry finial and Creamer & Sugar on a plate in the Summertime Pattern
This is a beautiful floral teapot with creamer & sugar cups on a rectangle plate. This is a great value for all 4 pieces (5 if you include the teapot lid).
There is crazing of the glaze due to it's age and the only piece with any damage is the sugar cup which has two chips on the bottom corners as pictured.
No other chips or repairs or cracks were found on any other pieces.
The inside of the teapot is clean, and basically shows a very smooth glaze.
The edges of the tea pot are in good shape and not showing any wear or chips and along with the edges of the teapot lid which are smooth and in great shape.
There are numbers in the glaze on the bottom of the teapot that are hard to read
There are numbers that are painted on in gold paint that look like 775 H or 445 H.
The words, "Copywright Wright Tyndale & van Roden Inc" are printed on the bottom of the teapot in blue. And the words, Grimwades Royal Winton Ivory England are stamped in green with the Pattern name in pink called Summertime.
China pattern is Summertime.
The set is gorgeous. If you need more photos do not hesitate to ask and I will be glad to send them. I will ship in a large USPS Priority box. It fits in a medium but it the extra padding will ensure a safer delivery.
