Vintage Dietz Vesta Reading Company Railroad Lantern; stamped RDG. Co.

Hello!  I am just getting started selling my father's railroad lanterns that he collected over many years. All the lanterns that I list are being sold as-is, as found on my father's shelves. I am not a railroad lantern collector but I will try to describe them as best I can.
Vintage Dietz Vesta railroad lantern stamped RDG. Co. Straight frame, not broken or bent. No extra holes drilled.  Nice, clean frame. Some rust on the lid.  Dome stamped Dietz Vesta, New York, USA.  There are several old patent dates on the lid but I can't make them out exactly. Font and burner are in good condition but the wick is stuck, I can't turn the knob.
