All About Account Transfers
We give you the Starlink account that’s linked to this dish, and we give it to you in the right way.  We’ll stick with you until the account is in your name and you’re able to login and edit the service area. We will GUARANTEE you will get access to the live account that is linked to this dish, if that's what you want. We’ve done this for a couple other Buyers and we have our own Starlink account too, so we know what we’re doing.
WARNING:
More and more Starlink sellers on eBay are saying they will give you an “account” - however most of them will have NEVER done a Starlink account transfer before. Maybe they think it's as easy as giving you access to their current account (hey, maybe they'll even be extra nice & change their email address to your email address). These sellers don't know what they're doing and are usually violating Starlink policy - use at your own risk. There are several wrong ways to do account transfers that will result in you getting a dish that is impossible to use in your country, or create a transfer that violates Starlink terms and conditions, or both. If your Seller makes any number of common mistakes, you can end up with an account that's impossible to use even if you had an open service area near you.
The method used will depend on Starlink policy and procedures. Last we checked, this involves us giving you the current account number so you can give it to customer service, who then contacts us and we authorize the transfer. This is easy and fast. Method subject to change as their procedures do. Like all Starlink dishes on eBay, the thing we can't know is whether or not you're near in or near an active service area. This purchase does not include our assistance with this part, or determining service area eligibility. You've probably already figured that part out yourself, or you wouldn't be looking for a dish on eBay! (go to Starlink.com and get your dish there!)

Handling.
PLEASE note the handling time listed below. It takes extra time to get these accounts transferred to you in the correct way prescribed by SpaceX: often 5-12 business days. If you don’t have time to wait that long, DO NOT BID. We think you’ll find it worth the wait to get things done right. See below for complete details.
Locations.
We ship worldwide, even SHIP TO COUNTRIES NOT LISTED BELOW as long as they aren't on the excluded list (for example, Russia is one of the only countries we won’t ship to). If your country is absent from the "Ships To" list but not on the excluded list, that just means eBay Global Shipping program doesn't ship there, so you need to add about extra 5 business days to the handling time (all Buyers should note the handling time) so we can ship via UPS or FedEx.
Dish Generation.
We almost exclusively ship Gen 2 SQUARE dishes! In rare cases, we may think that the best way to get you a GUARANTEED WORKING ACCOUNT is to send an older (but more powerful) Gen 1 Round dish. If we think you’re one of the rare Buyers who may benefit from this, we will notify you after your purchase to ask if this is okay. If it’s not okay, we’ll happily refund you! This won’t apply to most Buyers: 95% will be best served with a Gen 2 SQUARE dish.
Ukraine.
Anyone re-selling Starlink dishes on eBay is getting a lot of inquiries about whether these work in Ukraine. It's very important that these people talk to Starlink support since in the early days of the war SpaceX warned that dishes and anyone near them can be targets for shelling, and there was talk elsewhere that firmware was released that's especially made to make dishes safer and more portable in Ukraine. If that's your goal we will will give you access to the Starlink account that comes with this dish before we ship the dish, and REQUIRE that you use it to contact SpaceX Starlink support yourself and literally ask them if this literal dish is safe to use in Ukraine. Not only do we want to ensure you're following all Starlink policies, we want the users of this dish to be safe!

(B) As with ANY Starlink products available on eBay, there will be no guarantee that you will be able to activate the Starlink equipment for internet access in your location. Starlink has only recently left beta testing. It may work if you have an address eligible for the Starlink Internet service or once the service is available in your area. It is being sold AS-IS with no guarantees of activation or service. You are responsible for determining how or if you can get the unit to access Starlink Internet service, your service eligibility, and your service cost. (C) Handling time not to exceed 25 business days. Buyers should note the listed handling time, and are advised that additional handling time may be required in rare instances - in which case seller at its discretion may offer a discount/credit equal to 10-15% of purchase price. (D) The seller cannot assist the buyer with technical questions about Starlink Internet services, equipment functionality, or to provide before or after-sale product support. (E) Title says this is the "Newest" Starlink dish - by that we mean it's one of the models they are sending out now to new customers (i.e., those who buy direct through the Starlink website). This is not a comment on what generation the dish is, since SpaceX is sending out both Gen 1 and Gen 2 (square) dishes to these new customers. (F) If the seller at its discretion assists with any of the above, this would not count as a waiver of any of the above Conditions.
