Up for bid is a rare Athearn HO scale, Soo Line Railroad 40 foot pickle tank car with opening tank top doors. This car is new in it’s original factory box. The box is detailed with both the Union Pacific Railroad colors and markings and the Union Pacific Employees Club inscription. Manufactured exclusively by Athearn for the Union Pacific Employees Club to commemorate their 2017 convention in Sacramento, California. The car is done in the UP RR colors and tastefully marked by Athearn with the Union Pacific Employees Club Logo and the inscription, Sacramento,CA 2017. Being one of just 200 units made for the Union Pacific Employees Club by Athearn, this is a rare find for the collector. The road number is 1959.
