This is a vintage Twinplex Stropper in the original box. The box has a bit of water damage, see photos. This product was made to sharpen double edge razor blades. It still seems to be in working order. It has quite a bit of wear and rust. Selling ‘as is’ for someone who may want to polish and restore it. Great vintage piece to display at a barber shop!
