Small Vintage RCA Victor Record Player W Bakelite Case As Is For Parts

From radio estate.  Plugged in and slight hum, when I spun the platter with my finger it started , but had a thump thump thump while it turned,  like the idler was out of round...
I also see the cartridge is missing.   I
realized
the top was taped on with slear tape , so I cut the tape and lifted the chassis out for pictures , and yes the idler looked crazy odd shape, see pictures.    the bottom case , I do see any cracks.  the whole unit needs cleaned.     being sold as-is, for parts or rebuild.... final sale.     thank you
