Free Shipping includes the fact that I will deliver it to the FedEx Store in Alameda, CA and the buyer is then responsible for contracting with them for packaging and shipping it where they want.
Selling the Compass seen in the photos. Included is the Compass and the Wood Storage Box. The number
13260 is stamped into the top of the compass gimbal. It says "BAKER COMPASS CO, MELROSE, MASS, USA,
ESTAB 1873, QUICK AND STEADY
" on the face.
It appears to be in Good Clean Condition. Being sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS CONDITION." That means you are buying it as seen in the photos and you are responsible for providing the shipping. I can take it to the FedEx Store in Alameda, CA and they can package and ship it for you. That way they are responsible for any damages that might occur during the shipping process. They have bubble wrap and many size boxes, something I don't have.
The compass appears to rotate freely and the arrow points in the Northerly direction. The Gimbal rolls in both directions. Stated the second time,
sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS CONDITION." That means you are buying it as seen in the photos.
