Rejuvasun Panel, 230 cm x 260 cm OSRAM CB Red Light LED Board. The original Rejuvasun part number for the panel is 27916-01, and 27915-01 for the Power Supply, 2007 & older.
The 2008 & newer Panel for the Rejuvasun with Omnilux is 4929085-01, and the Power Supply is 4929086-01
