    You are bidding on a rare vintage RCA Victor Record Brush with Nipper and his phonograph – this item was used to advertise businesses as well as actually clean your records.
    The cleaning side was a brush and is certainly well used (you can see by the photo).
    The metal part is in very good condition showing minor wear.
    It was advertising Osborne’s Radio & Photo Shop –Radios, Records & House appliances.
    The address is 165 Hanover St. Manchester 689-W.
    I am uncertain if this is from the U.S. or possibly England.
    It also indicates on the bottom edge of the brush -"Only RCA Victor Makes The Victrola"  which must certainly date this item.
    This Record brush measures 3 ½ in diameter.
    It is a great collectible for anyone who worked for RCA or collects this memorabilia.
    It is a nice display item as well.
