Rare Kelly Lamp Works, NY Brass Fireman's Lantern. Rare Lantern

Original 19th Century Brass Fireman's Lantern made by Kelly Lamp Works Rochester, NY !!  I first noticed that it did not have a handle or attachments for one.  Then I noticed it was threaded on the bottom and must have mounted on a early Engine or Pole ?  It does sit flat on a table top and displays nicely as shown.  No damage or repairs and seems to be complete.  The Fuel tank is slightly loose, turns but does not tighten ? otherwise just needs a new wick and fuel.  Globe fits well and no damage.  It is 5 3/4" in diameter across the base and 13" tall. Good Luck, low starting bid and no reserve !  I was told the globe is not original
