Description

Here's a vintage Pearl 5-piece drum kit in good working shape. This is a rare one, plywood with wood veneer wrap. These shells were made in Japan in the '70s and are rock solid, with quality hardware and warm tones. The kit includes two floor toms, two rack toms, and a kick drum.

Kick: 22" x 16"
Floor tom 1: 18" x 16"
Floor tom 2: 16" x 14"
Rack tom 1: 14" x 10.5"
Rack tom 2: 13" x 9.5"
The shells have cosmetic wear and tear throughout: the veneer is cracking/worn/missing in a few places (see photos), there's some tarnishing/rusting on the metal components, and one of the lugs/tension rods on the kick drum is missing. Additionally, the mounting brackets on the rack toms are broken and will need to be either repaired or mounted with a different system. The shells and heads themselves are all in good functional shape for their age; with a little TLC, this kit has a ton of potential in the right hands!
