Condition: Original and Authentic German from the WWI time period in good condition. NO OVERSEAS SHIPPING. Overall length of the bayonet with the scabbard not including the leather frog measures approx. 16". The blade length measures approx. 9 7/8". The bayonet does not have matching numbers to the metal scabbard. Please see the 3rd and 4th pictures for details. The bayonet blade has the majority of its original blueing and has some minor scratches and wear to the surface. The blade has not been sharpened and there is no loss to the tip. The bakelite grips are tight with no movement with some minor wear. Dated 1940 to the blade spine. The leather frog has minor wear and soiling and is soft and pliable. The metal scabbard has some dents to the bottom with some wear to the surface. The bayonet fits properly into the scabbard. Please see pictures for detailed condition and information.
