Description
This is an original 1944 Esquire Magazine Pin Up Calendar.
Each month features a themed pin up by renowned pin up artist Alberta Varga along with a 4 line verse by Phil Stack.
These calendars were extremely popular with the Soldiers during WW2....for obvious reasons.
Each page measures about 8 1/2" across and 12" high.
The calendar is complete, including a cardboard backing page.  Most pages are starting to detach from the red plastic binding.  A couple pages have some foxing (brown discoloration).  A couple pages have edge wear and small tears.  Some pages are in near mint condition.  See pictures for specific condition of each page.
A great looking calendar that will make a nice addition to your collection.
