Includes gown, slippers, cape, panty, hair flower........5 pieces.
This is the complete 1962 Betsy McCall "Prom Time" outfit with gown, original satin slippers, original white taffeta panties and an added new faux fur cape to keep her shoulders warm at the prom.
The waltz-length gown is in very good shape and looks never used. The taffeta underskirt is a nice pale pink with white patterned netting over the top.The black bodice is still nice and stiff. The flowers on the front bodice are not faded. The panties are nice with new round elastic added to tighten them up. The slippers had ragged edges and I have

the edges to keep them neat and easier to put onto the doll, see last photo (background of Prom Time, page 145 from  Judith Izen's book, AMERICAN CHARACTER DOLLS, Identification & Value Guide, Collector Books, Division of Schroeder Publishing Co., Inc., 2004).
