    This item comes in its original box with all its accesories, just as pictured.
    This unit was bought brand new as a spare replacement in the event of malfunction, but they have worked so great that it was never necessary to use it so it has been in our spares warehouse (cold storage) all this time, unused.
    Pictures are actual pictures of the unit and all its contents. The item looks brand new except for a couple very minor scratches on top of it that were made by the same contents of the box (rack ears / screws).
