10-pin open style 120 V-240Volt 2 lamp ballast.
This ballast was commonly used on ESB tanning beds from 1998-2004.  It was also use on many other brand of beds too!
It drives (2) 6 foot 100 watt T12 lamps.
This ballast can be converted to 240 volts by cutting the jumper wire near the fuse.

This is a standard OEM replacement ballast--it may look a little different BUT is the same electrical equivalent as the "old style".

NOTE: Make sure your lamps are ok before installing this ballast because it DOES NOT have open circuit protection.
If you have a bad lamp you could blow the ballast when installing!
