Description

Item is one package of at least 100 2-56 x 1/8 inch steel screws with slotted pan heads. These screws are useful in model railroading and many other applications. In particular, 2-56 screws are common on HO scale freight cars and locomotives by Athearn, Mantua, Roundhouse, and other manufacturers. These screws are particularly suited for mounting couplers on Roundhouse and early Athearn freight cars which used short screws such as these for attaching the coupler box covers.These screws fit a clearance hole of 0.089 inch (#43 drill) and the tap drill size is #50 or 0.070 inch.
