Old stock packages. The LED flashers in these lures are powered by a sealed-in internal battery. These are fairly old packages (late 1990s to early 2000s??). I kept and opened two of these for my personal collection and the batteries and flashing function was still working fine. There is a chance, due to age, that these may not work properly. Please contact me if that happens with yours. Packages in rough condition with dirt, scuffing, scratching, scuffed/cracked plastic, rough cardboard, old stickers, staining, etc. Examine photos for condition and imperfections.
