Condition of these items are gently used. the Norton Stone has a small chip on the end and there are a few small nicks in the strop. Neither of these wwill impede your ability to use it.
The razor is very sharp and close to shave ready. See the above YouTube tutorials by Geofatboy on how to do this.
Use the green polishing compound on the fabric liner of the strop. Dry off and apply the oil to the razor after each shave to keep corrosion away.
