“Please check the photos. This is the Atagoyama Suita Koppa from Kyoto Japan. Atagoyama located in North West area in Kyoto,
it is said stable & soft finishing whetstone. Good for chef knives and tools. Very Rare & Hard to find Atagoyama Suita these days ! Beautiful grayish white & beige mixed on the sharpening face.
Apart from the sharpening face, sealed lightly. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use.These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured size are not accurate. This is a life time investment for people who lives sharpening their knives and tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
