This vintage Royal Winton Grimwades English chintz "chop plate" measures 12 inches in diameter.  Some might refer to it as a platter or even a charger.
The floral pattern is the
VERY-HARD-TO-FIND white crocus.
The plate has a 2-inch raised border which is rimmed in gold. The back is stamped in gold: Royal Winton Grimwades Made in England.
There is a tiny chip on the back of the rim (see last photo) but it does not detract from the beauty of the piece in any way.  No cracks, crazing consistent with age.
