Handlan Gauge Lamp from Steam Locomotive Kerosene

I have a steam locomotive gauge lamp up here for sale tonight. It is brass, and looks very nice.  I don't recall seeing many of these over the years.  Measures 10 inches tall.  What a great embossed marking as well. See photos.  I will pack it well.  If you can't wait until the end of the auction, I do sometimes take offers but, they need to be very fair.  Best Offer does not mean below my opening price.  So don't waste your and my time.

Handling Cost:
I am sorry to add a handling cost but, eBay has been charging me additional charges with the reason of "short pay charge".  When talking to eBay the charges are from the USPS because eBay's calculation system
doesn't
work well.  I took an average per item of "short pay" to determine this handling cost.  Again, sorry but, its me passing on additional eBay charges that they
don't
spell out up front.  It is unreal, they even short pay me on flat rates.
