From a large estate sale from upper New York, here is a NICE GERMAN M1898 SHORT DRESS BAYONET WITH DRESS FROG BY SPITZER
In excellent condition with no nicks or sharpening to the heavy chrome plated blade
Chrome plated hilt with great plating and grip plates that are crack and chip free
Scabbard has 85% plus original black paint and has one very shallow dent in the lower front center (see photos)
