    Description

Here's four (4) 9-ounce water tumblers, which I believe were made by Colony Glass (who had acquired the molds from Indiana Glass, I believe).  The pattern name is 'Whitehall', though some people refer to it as 'Whitehall American', since it's really a knockoff of Fostoria's 'American' pattern (and gets mistaken for it often).  I've gathered from elsewhere that this color is called or is at least referred to as 'Riviera Blue', and I'd guess it was produced in the 1960's and/or 1970's.
These four glasses are about 4-1/4" tall and about 3-3/8" across the top.  They hold between 9 and 10 ounces when filled to the brim, so 'functional capacity' is 8 to 9 ounces, I'd guess.  All four are in pretty good shape, but all four have water stains on the underside of the bottom, to varying degrees (pretty common for this pattern, when after washing water collects on the underside of the foot).  It's not too bad on any of them, though, so they're still perfectly functional and would fit perfectly into an existing set.  I've got no use for these and have way too much of this sort of thing lying around (and can't keep myself from buying more), so these need a new home.
