    I have the box bottom but not the lid, Compass and frame all included. It’s heavy weighing in at 11 pounds. Box has J.F. Cushing stenciled on it. Compass seems to be working. Great graphics. Says Sold by the Upson Walton Co. Cleveland. O. On the Dial it says Ritchie Boston USA. 94992 is stamped on the metal frame along with E.S. Ritchie & Sons Inc. Boston. It’s cool and I’ve had it for quite some time now.
    Looks like the Cushing was at one time the largest tug on the Great Lakes. 1928-1965. Great Lakes Dredge & Dock.
