Dietz Tubular Lantern Square / Rectangle Base, Red Fitzall Los Nob Globe, Hy-Lo?

Up for auction is an odd Dietz Lantern. I say that it is odd because it has a rectangular base and is unmarked as far as a model goes. I've had trouble tracking down any comparable versions so if anyone knows what this type is called I'd love to know. There is a slight denting under the right hand tube which is also causing a slight lean to that side, please see photos. The wire cage for the globe looks to be a little bent out of shape as well. I don't know much about lanterns but if you have any questions I will do my best to answer. I have several other lanterns for sale; combined shipping available.
