in very good condition.  This is an ex-rental.
The tape comes in its original uncut gatefold beta sized slipcase.
The case is in good condition with light wear mostly around the edges.  The tape has a couple of store stickers on it.
The tape is mold free. This tape has been tested and it plays just fine.  Please be aware that due to the age of the tape and use there may be dropouts and/or minor tracking issues.
