B&A RR Boston & Albany Railroad Lantern Red Cast Globe Brass Top Bell Bottom

CT Hamm, brass top, bell bottom railroad lantern frame with a red cast barrel style globe. Frame has double wires. The brass top has some dents and dings. The rim of the lid is embossed in large 3/4" letters B & A R R. The bell bottom has a few minor dings, no rust or holes. There is a thumb latch to release the bottom. Latch for lid and bottom are solid and in good working condition. Has a glass font includes burner with wick. Font is easily removed from frame. The barrel style red cast globe reads B & A . R R inside a square end panel and measures 5 3/4" high. Top opening is 2 1/2"; bottom opening is 3 1/4".  Globe is in very good to excellent condition with no cracks and only a few small chips on the rim which are not visible when in the frame.
