Description
The EXS-3 electronic drum kit from ATV is designed to bring together the best of acoustic feel and electronic precision and convenience.A three piece kit that comes with one crash, one ride, and a hi-hat, the EXS-3 mirrors a conventional kit in its layout but is much easier to set up, tear down and transport. The newly designed dual-layer, multi-sensor mesh heads provide a responsive and dynamic playing surface that will reproduce all your rolls, flams, ghost hits and more so you can play the way you play. There's no need to "adjust to the kit" with the EXS-5.
Natural feel is the key with this kit as the kick drum and hi-hat are also engineered to track your playing style, whatever that might be. The dual-layer mesh kick head is so stable and responsive that it can precisely follow your speed and dynamics and it really shines when used with a double pedal. Optical sensors in the hi-hat sense the subtle range of positions between an open and closed hat, ensuring all of your expressiveness will be heard. The cymbals have fully playable surfaces that flex like a metal cymbal and are chokeable anywhere around the circumference.
The best part is, you don't need a rehearsal space to set this kit up and let loose. You can plug in your headphones and play to your heart's content anywhere you have the room and the compact size means transportation is a breeze.
* Kick drum pedal, hi-hat stand, and drum throne are not included.
