This is a ready to run model of an HO scale 40' steel refrigerator car lettered for the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad in the green "Burlington Route" paint scheme. This is the error version of the car with the word Express spelled "Exress". This car was first released by Athearn as item number 1610 in September of 1961, and it is now out of production. Car number is 67170, and build date is 2-56. Car is in excellent condition with no broken steps, and has Athearn sprung metal Bettendorf trucks, and Kadee knuckle couplers. Pictures show both sides of the car, a close up of the error, and the box end panel. Car is in the original rare yellow "Snow Scene" box, and is marked as item number 1610.
