Arlington NJ, Dressel Railroad (Switch?) Lantern

Description

I'm not exactly sure what type of lantern this is or the age of it, but it appears to be fairly old. Also not sure of its exact condition, whether it's usable or not. None of the glass lenses appears to be cracked or chipped. I noticed that there are numbers/letters etched inside the base but I can't quite make out what they are exactly. It looks like it says DJ44-J, but what looks like a J could also be a 1, T or I. I've posted the last two pictures for you to decide. I couldn't find anything about it online but if you have any insight as to what the numbers/letters are please message me so I can update this post.
