Antique Vintage Unusual Odd BUHL NO.0 TUBULAR "COFFIN CORNER" Kerosene Oil Barn Lantern Lamp B.S. CO.
The lantern measures about 18 1/2 inches tall with the handle up and 14 1/2 inches tall with the handle down, 5 7/8 inches across the bottom.  The lantern is in nice condition, strong and sturdy with no rusted through holes or repairs.  Someone painted it black many years ago, no dents or dings to speak off and no splits or cracks.  The burner and burner cover are missing - (it the common slide in burner with rounded
    burner
cover you see in most of these Tubular
    lanterns
so replacement will be easy).  The globe measures about 6 5/8 inches tall, 3 3/8 inches across the bottom and 2 3/4 inches across the top.  No cracks or large chips on the globe.
