    Description

    This auction is for a very rare Antique Dietz No. 25 Wall Mount Lantern.  The lamp measures approx. 15 1/2" tall and the square base approx. 6" across.
    This was in our Aunt's Garage, and we were always told it was originally used on a caboose of a train mounted on wall.
    Not sure if this is the case but thought I would pass this on.
    Looks like original globe, metal has some rust spots , tried to show in pictures. Glass globe has no cracks or chips. Feels solid but, dent in the top small dent on side of base, hard to see.  Overall solid lantern.
