Description

The H2 compressed air heating system allows working without any of the  problems related to the use of cold air. The spray gun with the H2 system is  easy to use; it just needs to be connected to the compressed air line and after  a while the operator can begin to work benefiting of all the advantages of hot  air painting. The use of hot air significantly improves the paiting application  quality, shortens the application time, grants a paint saving up tp 20%, reduces  the drying time of waterbase paints, increases the mirror effect and prevents  the orange peel effect. Produced with high quality materials, the H2 system can  heat the output air up to 40° C. The operator can adjust the temperature using  the regulator placed at the bottom of the heating system. There are no  electrical components, the H2 heating system being completely pneumatic,  nevertheless it is ready to work in a very short time.
