Rarely do vehicles we sell come out so lopsided in favor of the buyer, but the truth is, you couldn't duplicate this 1983 Chevy pickup with a budget close to the asking price of this show truck. Wild two-tone paint, a custom interior, and plenty of big-block V8 power mean that this truck still has what it takes to get noticed on a Saturday night.
You can count me as one of those folks who like the look of the short bed on a regular cab pickup because the proportions are ideal. Of course, this truck is done hauling stuff, but with the slammed stance and custom two-tone paint job, it looks about a mile long and thanks to a sizeable pile of cash spent on the paint and body, it looks fantastic. The super straight bodywork is punctuated with shaved door handles, a custom cowl hood, that paint-matched bed cover, and the relocated taillights that are now integrated inside a custom roll pan. Once everything was blocked and straight, it received coat after coat of Metallic Yellow atop Metallic Bronze paint, a custom pinstripe between them, and enough clear to make it all shine bright. Custom pinstripes work on the cowl hood and bed cover was laid down by expert hands, but thankfully they didn't go overboard so the truck will never look too dated. In the following years, it was driven, shown, and enjoyed over the course of 15,998 miles, but even so it still shows like a fresh build and really looks great out in the sun. A billet grille up front matches the custom billet grille in the painted front bumper, and it gives the front end a sleek look that sets the tone for the entire truck. Raise the bed cover you'll see the bed floor is protected with a spray-in bedliner, so it can still work as a truck as well. Looks cool and practical? Win-win!
You know that a truck this dramatic on the outside needs to be special inside, and this custom cabin certainly doesn't disappoint. A custom gray tweed seat cover on the bench seat sets the tone, with matching door panels, custom headliner, and a covered dash tying everything together, and if you look closer you can see the embedded flames in all four. It's comfortable enough to live in all day and looks great with only minor signs of use, as expected for a truck with 16k miles on the rewound clock. The custom dash is full of white-face AutoMeter instruments inside the polished bezel, almost every part of the Grant bajo steering wheel is polished chrome, and even the pedals have custom embossed flames ingrained in them. Plush carpets and custom floor mats blend in with the rest of the interior and you'll note all the polished accent pieces – door and window handles, rear view mirror, and the tall Lokar shifter in the floor. There's a modern Kenwood AM/FM/CD/AUX head unit in the dash, which delivers sound to a custom speaker-subwoofer-amplifier set-up behind the backseat that sounds amazing.
Following the sizzling paint and eyeball-popping interior, you'd think the drivetrain would take a backseat. But you'd be wrong, because the thundering 572 Merlin V8 under the hood is the star of the show. The presentation is exquisite, with chrome Hardcore Merlin valve covers, a polished aluminum air-gap intake, a big 4-barrel carburetor, and ceramic-coated long-tube headers dressing the big block and helping it seriously pop out of the Metallic Bronze engine bay. All the accessories are bright and polished as well, including the power brake and power steering systems, the full serpentine belt system, chrome air cleaner, and the big aluminum radiator up front that keeps the whole show nice and cool. For a truck like this, it's important for it to have the power to back up the look, and this low-mileage beauty has it in spades. Even so, it starts easily with the help of an HEI ignition and distributor, idles well, and moves the slammed pickup with ease, all with a great V8 soundtrack from the Magnaflow dual exhaust system exiting before the rear wheels. A TCI TH400 3-speed automatic transmission powers a heavy-duty 9-inch rear end, and the incredible in-the-weeds stance looks cool without an abusive ride. It's presented for show underneath, with Metallic Bronze paint covering the pans, frame, and all the requisite suspension components – the direct result of an open-checkbook frame-off restoration. 18-inch Ridler chrome wheels carry 235/55/18 Pantera performance radials and help set that killer stance.
This is a whole heck of a lot of custom truck, and with only 16k miles on the build, it's head-turning days are just beginning. If it's attention you crave, this truck will deliver in a very big way. Call today!

We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).
FEES
: A documentation fee of 9 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state's taxes, transfer, or additional fees.
AVAILABILITY
: Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moment's notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
CONTACT
: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.
INSPECTION
: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it's important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable 0 deposit within 48 hours of winning or commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said timeframe, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void. For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, or personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears). We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers. SHIPPING: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
DRIVE IT HOME
: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
DOCUMENTS & VEHICLE TITLE
: All purchase documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, we recommend returning any required documents within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances.
VIN VERIFICATION
: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicle's current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase.
MILEAGES
: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase.
CONDITION
: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. Finally, be advised that although our sales associates are here to assist you with your purchase, they are not trained or certified vehicle inspectors.
AS-IS
: All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and with no warranties expressed or implied. If you choose to waive inspection, do plan to have a detailed and transparent conversation with us regarding the vehicle's condition. Ask the hard questions up front. Please just call us, we are here to help and welcome all your questions!
