GR Auto Gallery of Indianapolis is pleased to present this highly desirable 1971 Chevy Shortbed C-10! This magnificent muscle truck comes in a brilliant metallic silver paint job complemented by a clean black interior. Powering the C-10 is a 350 cubic inch V8 motor mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive. Features of the truck include; power steering, power front disc brakes, functional heat, tach and gauges, Retro-Sound radio, and TMI seats. Exterior highlights are; American Racing Torque Thrust wheels, steel cowl hood, HID headlights, tinted windows, and dual mirrors. Under the hood you will find aluminum Chevrolet Racing valve covers, an Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb were added to improve the performance of the 350 engine. Exhaust is taken care with a pair of Hooker Ceramic coated headers that lead to a custom dual exhaust with a H pipe. Under this beautiful truck you will CPP sway bars, new shocks, and slotted and drilled rotors on the front. So, if you're in the market for a classic muscle truck that doesn't sacrifice comfort, this is the truck for you. Drive this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping it to you anywhere in the United States! Don't hesitate to give us a call with any questions or for more information.
A new, more modern look came for the 1967 model line of trucks, along with a new nickname: "Action Line". Numerous changes occurred in 1971. First came another new grille design (the "egg-crate") for Chevrolet trucks and black paint over portions of the GMC grille. Second, an additional trim package was introduced: the Cheyenne. Finally, the front brakes on all light-duty trucks were switched from drum brakes to disc brakes, resulting in much less brake fade under heavy use. The 1972 models were very similar to the 1971 models, with the only change being the rearview mirror was glued to the windshield rather than bolted to the top of the cab, and metal or vinyl-covered flat door panels were no longer available; all trim level door panels were molded plastic with integral armrests and wood grain inserts on Cheyenne and Sierra trim levels.
Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, processing and/or 9 documentation fees.
