Way back in 1967, General Motors was building on the success of the first iteration of the C-series pickup when Chevrolet introduced the redesigned version in 1967. This second generation might have carried over certain aspects like the coil springs that were still positioned all four corners, but the crisp and cleanly-designed new body shell appeared. [ omitted ]. The 1969 and 1970 C10 models are barely distinguishable, unless one has intimate knowledge of the various trim pieces. More importantly though, is that the 1969 model year was the first to feature the ubiquitous 350 cubic-inch small-block. This year, the new engine replaced the previous year's legendary 327ci engine. And what many saw as a change to outmaneuver Federal emissions restrictions, 1969 would also be the last year the 396ci big-block was placed in the C10. The 1970 model saw the introduction of the 402ci engine, and many Chevy truck buyers were confused by the size, since it was marketed and badged this year as a 400.
Our Torch Red and Silver drop dead gorgeous, showstopper, is a work-of-art rolling on Weld Wheels! Powered by a strong running 400 small block V-8 backed by a smooth shifting 700R4 automatic tranny, this C10 has plenty of room for car show trophies under the snap cover positione over the bed, while inside, driver and passengers are surrounded in large leather seats while piloting in air conditioned comfort. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY:
We have not inspected the Vehicle for sale and provides no express warranty on the Vehicle. Purchaser has inspected the Vehicle or has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. The Parties acknowledge that the Dealer has no reason to know of any particular purpose for which the Vehicle is being purchased and Purchaser is not relying on the seller’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the Vehicle.
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY:
The Parties acknowledge that the implied warranty of merchantability is a relative concept and Dealer is only required to warrant the car is ordinarily fit for the use to which other cars of the same vintage era.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE:
Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a administration fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
