This truck has undergone a custom build featuring the installation of a built 6.0-liter LS V8, a Tremec six-speed manual transmission, and an Auburn Positraction differential. Additional modifications include power-assisted steering, air conditioning, Dakota Digital gauges, a complete Wilwood four-wheel disc-brake conversion, QA1 coilover suspension, 20? wheels, and an Edelbrock Pro-Flo intake manifold and fuel-injection. Driven approximately 1,700 miles since completion of the build, this C10 is now offered with a detailed build summary. The truck has been lowered using McGaugheys drop spindles and QA1 coilovers in the front along with drop springs, struts, and blocks out back. The shaved and wire-tucked engine bay houses a 6.0-liter Vortec V8 that has been rebuilt with forged internals and Wegner Motorsports CNC-ported NASCAR-style 799 cylinder heads. Engine modifications include:
10.8:1 compression
Magnafluxed, bored, line-honed, and decked engine block
Forged 4.005? Carrillo CP-Bullet pistons
SCAT forged 6.125? I-beam connecting rods w/ .927? wrist pins
Texas Speed & Performance MS3 Pro 113 camshaft
Del West Engineering titanium intake and exhaust valves
Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) rocker trunnion
ARP camshaft bolts, connecting rod bolts, head studs, crankshaft hardware
LS7 lifters
Edelbrock intake manifold & Pro-FLo throttle body
Additional supporting modifications include:

F.A.S.T. 42lb injectors and firewall-mounted fuel pressure regulator

The stainless-steel exhaust system utilizes long-tube headers and Summit Racing mufflers. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TR-6060 six-speed manual transmission equipped with a Texas Drivetrain Performance dual-friction clutch. A slip-yoke driveshaft is connected to a rebuilt 12-bolt rear end housing replacement internals and modified with an Auburn Positraction unit with Richmond 4.10:1 gears. Further updates include polyurethane transmission mounts, CPP trailing arm cross-members, and Spicer U-joints as well as Grade 8 and stainless-steel hardware throughout.
