    Chevrolet C-30 .  This is a one ton ex Tow Truck.  Would make a excellent tow vehicle, welder truck, etc.  Eng runs but is tired.  Really needs a 454 or stay traditional with a 396 .  Pretty sure you could bring the front end off the ground w all that rubber in the back!  It has a fresh TH400 Trans w cooler and a Lokar floor shifter.  Add a Gear Vender and its perfect.  There are so many C10's out there you could really bring in the crowds if you take on this project.  The 68 cab is really desirable so at the least pull it off and throw away the rest. Sad
