1950s Am Ch 8" Dark Blonde Hair Betsy McCall Doll,Chemise,Shoes (#89)

A nice showing vintage 1950's Betsy McCall 8" doll. Betsy's dark blonde hair is down to her shoulders with both original barrettes. She has a pale blush. Vintage black rubber Mary Jane shoes with good closing knobs and straps.  She has a narrow crotch separation (last photo).  Her head is nice and pose-able and firm with new stringing, so it is not floppy at all. Her arms have original stringing because the old ones were NOT stretched out. You will have no problem posing this little beauty! Nice sparkly blue eyes.  Lids open and close freely on their own. She comes with an original nylon chemise with fairly good elastic in the waist.
Note that her knees are a little rough looking, mostly the right. See photo# 6.       I believe it is because her right leg swings forward too much (photo #5). She is priced accordingly.
This is a sitting Betsy. Her legs do not need to click in place to sit her. Just position them!
Nice and clean and ready for display!
